My mom bought me all the ingredients for mango float, except for the most important one—mangos. Says she'll just buy them tomorrow
Btw, by mango float, I don't mean soda + mangos or mango ice cream or whatever
I mean this:

It's not really a float and more like a layered ice cream sandwhich with mangos. My favorite dessert 😋
Layers of sweet, creamy, crumbly, deliciousness await you in the refrigerator. Though it has many names depending on which home you visit, Mango Graham, Mango Float, Ref Cake… is quite simple to make. Crushed graham crackers (pronounced gra-ham in Filipino, or “gram” in other countries), ripe mangoes, creme, condensed milk and a refrigerator are all you need to make magic happen in your fridge or freezer. It is said to have been inspired by crema de fruta, another cool cake made with layers of sponge cake, custard or whipped cream, gelatin or gulaman, and different preserved or fresh fruits, including mangoes, pineapples, and cherries.
