The 2006 is important in Kanon 2006. (The most sexual thing in the whole show is a girl touching her lips remembering the only kiss that happens in the entire show) (There is one short scene in the first episode that feels like bait for the adult game audience but the show is mostly about kids and creatures in a weird snow-covered town and their not necessarily romantic interpersonal relationships/struggles) (Seriously you can't tell that the original source material was an adult game I promise)
