At Microsoft's MIX '11 Keynote address, Joe Belfiore describes some of the new additions to Windows Phone. One thing to note is when Joe compares the HTML5 rendering capabilities of Windows Phone compared to an Android and iPhone (giving the iPhone a headstart, a slight sign of cockiness, I like) was that Windows Phone loaded exponentially faster, with a FPS of 23, with Android at 11 and iPhone at a measly 2.
Also, you get to see Windows Phone's fast app switching in action, as well as the new app organization methods, the new IE9 look and speed (browser bar moved to bottom), the Skype interface, and the addition of custom ringtones.
