For halloween, I was thinking how trick-or-treating would be like in Carcer City and Cottonmouth.
I think in Carcer City, most kids wouldn't leave the house without their parents or trsted adults around. The only kids that would go out on their own would be at least 14 or 15 years old.
While in Cottonmouth (at least before 2001), it was relatively safer for the kids. However, Halloween 2001 was basically cancelled because of the chaos that Daniel (and Leo) created. But things would eventually quiet down in 2008, and the kids could go out again.
Sad Manhunt Headcanon Time: You know the theory of Jimmy Hopkins (Bully) is the biological son of James Earl Cash?
What if during the events of Manhunt, the time where Cash is saving his family, he thought that Jimmy as well as his mom was amongst them?
So he rushes his way throughout the environment, killing and hiding the bodies of The Wardogs so that he could reach them in time.
One by one, he saves his brothers and sisters, his head still occupied with the fear that his wife and son could be amongst them. So he rushes to the end, thinking that they’re there like a sick present, but they weren't. So he continues on his journey, still on the edge as he wonders how true The Director is to his word that his family is ‘safe.’
Maybe they weren't there, after all, maybe they were safe and sound somewhere far away from Carcer City. Maybe they were dead already as he threw the television across the room, anger building to see his family be killed before him.
But there's that sliver of doubt in him, that doubt that maybe they’re okay, that maybe they aren't hurt.
- Leo was considered one of the greatest Project assassins.
- Despite being relatively young, he helped train the Watchdogs and keep them more up to date.
This is the main reason why the Watchdogs have a chip on their shoulders when they’re searching for Daniel.
- Despite being respected for his efficiency, Leo made few friends. His harsh training methods caused some resentments from his fellow assassins.
- One of his favorite parts of about being an assassin was the traveling. His favorite location would be Liberty City and Carcer City.
- He’d refuse to do jobs in San Andreas, with no elaboration.
(It’s somewhat implied that he was born in San Fierro).
- Leo has done jobs for Donald Love and Lionel Starkweather, respectively.
- Despite making good money, Leo felt...stuck. The hatred for the Project never subsided.
- He would come up with plans to sabotage the Project and escape its clutches, but he never saw them through. He knew that he couldn’t do it alone.
Even though a majority voted that there couldn’t be any surviving gang members post-Manhunt 1, but I love to make up connections between the two games as I go, so here are my headcanons of the supposed sole survivors!!
- In addition to working alongside Starkweather, Mr Nasty was doing business with Dr. Pickman and the Project. Pickman would buy all the equipment that were used by the Pervs in their dungeon from Mr Nasty and Valiant Enterprises.
- Mr Nasty also used to occasionally host “morgue parties” as side business. Donald Love used to be one of his finest guests.
- After the Wapona Hills incident, Mr Nasty fled the scene and temporarily moved his business to Cottonmouth. After Daniel was caught, the turmoil emerging in Cottonmouth lead to increased sales in the black market overall. It turned out to be good for business, as far as Mr Nasty was concerned.
- The surviving Wardogs members sought refuge in Cottonmouth. Luckily, they bonded rather quickly with the Bloodhounds for being gung-go and gun-loving!
- Robin was not a part of a clique in Bullworth. She had the potential to be one of the Jocks, as she used to be athletic, but it didn’t interest her.
- She’s not on bad terms with anyone (except Earnest), but she’s on best terms with Gloria Jackson and Judy Sender.
- Her favorite classes were English and Art. Her favorite teacher was Ms Philips.
- Robin would remind Ms Philips of her younger self.
- Laura Whyte was a new biology teacher a Bullworth at the time. She had to step in for Dr Watts for a few weeks, but the kids adored her and found her teaching methods to be a breath of fresh air.
- Back in Laura’s day she was the de facto leader of the Nerds. However, she was never recognized by the rest of the school as such, due to how society was back in the day.
- Judy and Daniel were her favorite students, but she never made that obvious.
Warnings: Mentions of memory loss and nightmares, slight angst and spoilers for the Manhunt 2 ending
A/N: I was curious of how Daniel would hold up post-Manhunt 2, and I figured I’d write something for him because I adore him so much.
Also, this is a repost of my old stuff.
- Living his new life as David Joiner, he likes to travel to the state of San Andreas on holiday whenever he’s able to. The best part is traveling wherever he wants without having to worry about being hunted down for once.
- His favorite city to go to is San Fierro. Los Santos is a close second.
- He was once window shopping when he came across a light green stuffed rabbit. For some reason, he felt like he had seen this before, but he can’t seem to put his finger on it. Without even thinking about it, be buys it.
- The stuffed bunny is like a comfort item for him. He can’t explain why, but it just it. The truth is, it was the same as the one his son used to have.
- He doesn’t remember much (if anything) about the past, but he gets some nightmares from time to time. The stuffed bunny has been of great use to calm him down.
