the art is cute but it looks like someone even uploaded smaller so you can’t tell it’s fake. :/
manicscribble replied to your post “Of course when I fall behind on keeping up with Game Grumps is when...”
If it helps, they sold out within minutes apparently; even people who were keeping up missed out
I’m glad that the Grumps are successful and filling their shows, but yikes, that is a little crazy. oxo
The Calm
The storm has lulled, but in an unexpected way.
I thought it would end with you by my side,
But instead I continue on alone.
I feared that your absence would ruin this,
That the journey would hold meaning no longer.
Atlas holds, there’s wind in the sails, and my drive is only stronger.
Though what I thought held meaning has evaded me, I will not cower in fear.
The Perfect storm awaits,
So I shall batten down my gear.
Perhaps it must be faced alone;
Perhaps what waits is a place called “home.”
I hope your storms be manageable, and I hope that compass always points North.
Find your promised shores; you deserve more than a cold ship floor.
5, 14, 17, and 28 c:
5. When did you first get into Pokemon?-December 25th, 1998. My mom got Red and Blue for me for Christmas when I was 7.
14. What Pokemon would you love to see in the wild?-Celebi........ rip fuckin onion fairy
17. What is your favorite Pokemon Myth?-That Groudon and Kyogre created the earth and fought with each other so much that Rayquaza showed up to shut them up.
28. What Pokemon do you wish you could have in real life?-I have always dreamed of having an Espeon and Sylveon since they’re my favorite, and also Groudon since it’s my favorite legendary. :>
You do a lot of half-lidded eyes! I associate that most with your work, actually.
Hahahah, I do, I need to watch that and make sure I don’t accidentally slip into Dreamworks face doing it so often
manicscribble replied to your post:my post has over 8 thousand notes o_o
which one?
The one about being Millennial, broke, and doing all the stuff we do cuz we can’t afford other things.
Starfait, bisicle, spider cider, and nice cream!
Oh man a whole bunch
Starfait: What would you have whispered to an Echo flower?
“The barrier is a lie. Look up chemtrails.org”
Bisicle: What's your favorite land, and what was your least favorite?
I like Snowdin most, honestly. It had the best and fun-feeling combination - the best characters in the game befriending you over puzzles and dating and burgers, and a cute snowy town aesthetic. I would live there. Waterfall was a combo of existential dread + gorgeous neon lighting, which is cool, but not welcoming. Hotland was the worst. The combo of overbearing Alphys scheme + godawful puzzles and fuckin vent jump pads and overbearing Mettaton segments and I really don’t like lava or heat anyway. (I mean. I still enjoyed it, it’s just my least favourite)
[already did spider cider!]
Nice Cream: What's your favorite line and who said it?
“Despite everything, it’s still you.”
Cliché pick, I know. I heard it before knowing much about the game and it felt so resonant then even knowing nothing of the context. It’s great.
