Just stopping by to say happy day!!! I’m still in my sabbatical but needed to reinstate my social media accounts for my website that I’m creating. It will be one to two more months before I become active in my accounts. I had many friends reaching out to see if I was okay and wanted to take the time to thank them for their love and concerns. I am doing amazingly good. Meditating and working on my spiritual development, as well as my physical body. It’s good to take a break from routines to allow your soul to center itself and help you recharge your spirit. As well as detox your mind, body and soul. Focusing on my writing, and programs that I will offer in my website as well as free resources, etc. Still have my supplement business as well as my regular job. Hence, I am a very busy person. A little message from Spirit on my walk home from the post office today. 🌻 Spirit, our loved ones, and animals are always sending us messages. The trick is being open to receive them and expressing gratitude when we do...even if we aren’t sure it’s “really” a sign. Expressing gratitude let’s the universe know your open to receive more blessings to be grateful for. 🌻 Do you notice the little green orb above the word, “Hope”? That’s a little elemental (fairy) energy orb! Probably hanging out with me since I’m teaching my animal communication class in a few hours over at MindOasis.org. Did you know that every animal has an assigned guardian fairy just like we have guides and angels? Getting to know the fairy realm and your pet’s personal elemental is just o e way you can strengthen your communication and bond with the animal world. 🌻 I also love that this sign is all about perspective depending on how you interpret the word “know.” Do you read it as the act of KNOWING hope or do you connect it with the other type of “NO”? Any emotion can affect the way you make decisions. Another group of emotions known as social emotions include pride, jealousy, guilt, and embarrassment. Negative emotions, such as anger or fear, along with any self-defeating thoughts can keep you from taking advantage of opportunities when they show up in your life. Psychiatrists say that anger turned inward (internalized) can become depression and that emotion can surely paralyze the decision-making process. Sharpening your understanding of social emotions and when you feel them can be a powerful tool in your box of attraction and manifestation aids.

Recognize the Social Emotions
