I sketched a thing for the @masbingo months ago and forgot about it, whoops. Prompt was ‘bullet wounds’. I have no idea when I’m gonna finish this, so have what I have for now.

A birthday birb for 10/5. I’m currently being torn two ways between One Piece and Jak & Daxter, so I thought I’d combine the two and see if that helped.
Marco is 100% a Wastelander. He just is.

Toshinori met Karamea five years ago, after checking into a residential rehab facility with a fairly well-known treatment program for Heroes injured in the line of work and thus the security rating to prevent his illness from becoming public knowledge. He had lost more than 150kg by then and was well on his way to becoming the skeleton man we all know and love, so Tsukauchi found the facility and pulled some strings to sign him up. He checked in under his real name, Toshinori Yagi, and was recognised by exactly zero people over the ten weeks he reluctantly stayed. Karamea was living in the general-population wing at the time, having just come off the tail end of a complex episode of illnesses where she'd spent much of the previous six months stuck in her bed, doing nothing but plug herself into a tablet and fuck around on the internet. She weighed about 40kg, her skin was unnaturally pale and her extremities kept losing bloodflow, her eyes were so photosensitive she often had to wear sunglasses inside, and she was still relearning how to interact with people in real life. The first thing she ever said to Toshinori, when they met in the patients' cafeteria late one night, was something along the lines of "Fucking hell, you look worse than me." (He laughed so hard he vomited blood. Karamea got a fright and dragged him to the nearest nurse, then bought him lunch the next day to apologise.)

I’m finally finished with this monstrosity ohmygod. Four days of work, more or less, sitting down after breakfast and drawing straight through til dinner. This is a Halloween contest entry for an OP OC group on dA, starring Marco the Phoenix and my Whitebeard Pirates OC Loki. Loki is making some hokey pokey. Marco is playing a dangerous game, messing with hot toffee.
I’m so fucking happy with this you have no idea. :’D
I keep forgetting to post my art over here, so have a BnHA OC.
Her name is Kinaki Karamea, she’s 28 years old, an inventor employed on a limited contract basis in R&D by a well-known support company, and the daughter of a pro hero based in Hokkaido and his foreign English-teacher wife. Her dad’s quirk is acting as a power source for machines, and her mom’s quirk is extremely rapid language acquisition. These combined in unforeseen ways to turn Karamea into a human computer: she can uplink herself into any system and, providing she knows the programming languages, reprogram that system around her in order to make it do some very cool stuff.

Last month I organised to do a 3-way collab with @firead-art and @deeyahs of our One Piece OCs. We decided on an autumn theme, sketched our own OCs, and then I ended up doing the lines for Didge’s Raven and the colouring for Ryy’s Ivy. It was a lot of fun, and it’s been super cool to see how each piece has come out between the three of us 8D 10/10, would do this again!
A flat paper-style chibi commission for @deeyahs of her characters, which I was quite excited to work on, mostly for Geddie and Raven’s hair. :D I was still sort of working out how best to do stuff like this, and took a few experiments, but I think all of them worked out pretty well.

I’m having so much fun with BnHA OCs right now...
Man in b/w up the top is Ren Tsuruji, another expy of an old Bleach OC who I love too much to not shove into every fandom I come across, apparently. He’s kind of an attempt at a poor man’s budget Noumu, because I love torturing Ren and also because aoimikans and swiftwidget’s I Am... series is amazing and inspiring. His original Quirk was Spoken Persuasion, which is great when you can talk the mob boss you owe money to into sparing your life, but also not so great when by doing so you accidentally volunteer yourself for some good ol’ human experimentation.
The sunny girl next to him is a Pro Hero sidekick, Sachiyo Shiranui. She’s one of those people whose Quirk isn’t quite what it seems to be: as a kid, she made little bursts of heat accompanied by popping sounds like popcorn. As a middle-schooler, she discovered that the process by which she does so is in fact nuclear fusion. She got into Yuuei on an ‘official recommendation’ because she was a kid with a scary powerful Quirk who didn’t have the first clue how to control it; her Hero education was a large part learning how not to blow up herself and everyone else in a 5km radius.
Finally, the girl with the white hair is Katsumi Nagato. Her Quirk is Morphogenesis, aka regeneration on steroids. Her older brother is the Hero known as Starfish Arms, this name stemming from an incident in high school where his arm was cut off at the elbow and two lower arms grew back in its place. Katsumi is a transfer student at Yuuei, having lived in about 12 different cities across Europe, Asia and South America over the course of her life. Her mom, who was a pro Hero, was killed by villains when she was three, and her father, an academic, was made paraplegic in the same incident. Katsumi is determined to become a Hero nevertheless.
