I’ve responded to all queries, but NOT to all requested fulls. I do respond to all fulls, and will continue to do so under the new policy! Despite my best efforts, I do have some fulls that are 9+ months old; I am working through them as quickly as I can.

Yes, I’m very behind on full manuscripts--sorry! Yours is probably still under consideration. I will always respond to fulls once I’ve finally read them. If you want to be sure you didn’t miss a response from me, feel free to send a nudge; just write “Follow-up” in the subject line along with your title (either as a new email or in response to the original thread).
Would you be able to say how far into your manuscript queue you're in? Say that we received a request for a full back in early March. Your website says that you'll typically get back to people in about a month, but obviously you're a bit backed up, so I was just wondering how big this backup is, or how long we should wait before checking in? Sorry if this message bothers you! Thanks!
I answered this recently here. Right now it is definitely taking me more than a month to get to most manuscripts because I am swamped as hell (a pretty common state of being for literary agents).
