Riley watches him with fascination, eyes big and following his every move. He’s so handsome, she doesn’t know why he’s single; how does she know that? He’s a close friend of her father’s, comes over often and even has dinner sometimes with them. He treats her nicely, can make her smile, and is...her teacher. But there’s nothing wrong with that, a lot of girls had a crush on teachers; a couple even on him. At every question her hand shoots up, and he calls on her basically every time, so that must mean something...right?

Taking a Break from the Troubles. (Closed RP)

Duke sighed, his fingers brushing through his short black hair as he made his way to an unfamiliar bar. He knew he shouldn’t be away from Haven, but he needed a break. He needed a break from Audrey and Nathan, and he needed a break from those troubles.

So this might be good for him, right? Probably not. 

He enters the bar and sat down on one of the bar stools. “Bartender. Give me a glass of whiskey and don’t forget to fill it up all the way. This man right here, needs a good drink.”
