WE BOTTLED IT!!!
This shit looks GOOD. Crystal clear, golden, and it has legs when you tip it!!
I'm dying to try some in a few months. I tasted a little when I did the first rack of it, and I'm gonna taste it again tonight to see how it's improved since.
For anyone not slowly following this saga, this spring I tapped my maple trees for the first time, made a bit of maple syrup, and then turned that into maple mead (with honey obvious, from a local hive).
