uhhhhhh bad drawings of 3 of my warriors ocs (was gonna draw more but got lazy). sootwhisker and maplestorm used to be mates before they both became their respective clans’ deputies and even had kittens named ravenstorm, lightningheart, falconflight, and an adopted kit named beestripe (maplestorm is a trans girl so the kits lived in shadowclan--also, im not interested in discussing cat genetics on this post).
lynxmask used to be a kittypet/bloodclan but ran away and was found by maplestar, and as a result he’s kinda fucked up. he looks to maplestar as a mother figure.
sootwhisker broke off the relationship after foxstar made her deputy but wanted to remain friendly, and after she became sootstar there was a huge falling out involving a nasty border skirmish in which her brother, ashfall, died. maplestorm was deputy at the time and tried to get her leader smokestar to apologize but he refused. sootstar blamed maplestorm. even so, she did name one of her kits (ravenstorm) after her bc she felt guilty yet wouldn’t admit it.
dw maplestar forgives sootstar and vice versa in starclan and they end up mates again.
the real reason i just drew all those shadowclan cats: i wanted to do a lineup of the maplesoot fam. i love that none of these guys look even remotely similar color-wise and beestripe is the only adopted one <3
