These Maple Sausage Sliders with Slaw are a delicious combination of sweet and savory. The maple-infused pork sausage patties are complemented by a tangy coleslaw, creating a perfect bite-sized BBQ treat.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground pork sausage. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 12 slider buns. 1 cup coleslaw mix. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar. 1 tbsp Dijon mustard.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Ground pork sausage, maple syrup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together well in a bowl. Make sure the sausage patties are the right size for the slider buns by shaping them into small patties. After the grill is hot, put the patties on it and cook for three to four minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked. Put the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and coleslaw mix in a different bowl. To make the slaw, mix it well. If you want the slider buns to be golden brown, put them on the grill for one to two minutes. Put a sausage patty on the bottom half of each bun and top with a spoonful of slaw. Then put the top half of the bun on top of the slaw and sausage. Serve right away and enjoy!
