hours at church always used to pass by easily for adrien. this owed to the fact that he never paid any attention to whatever was going on. now, however, he had a pregnant wife-to-be on his arms. he was a licensed medical professional. for the first time in his life, he tried actually paying attention. but god, this was going so fucking slow. about fifteen minutes into the wedding, he asked, “wait, it’s not over yet?” under his breath, he said, “that’s fucked up.” || @mapleviewstarters
