House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer, D-Maryland, was in town Wednesday to raise money for U.S. Rep. Russ Carnahan's re-election bid.

Of course, there's a lot of questions about where Carnahan, D-St. Louis City, will run. His residence is now in the same district as U.S. Rep. Lacy Clay, D-St. Louis City, although there's been speculation about him running the newly-vacant U.S. 2nd District.
