JARED | MARABILIA 🏴☠️
Okay, time to fangirl! I’m reading an amazing saga of books and I wanted to share it with you. It’s called Marabilia (the fictional place where the stories take place) and it’s so good! It’s written by two women: Iria Parente and Selene Pascual, and it’s fantasy and young adult. Unfortunately, it’s only available in Spanish (since the authors are from Spain like myself) but maybe in other countries beside here! If someone from Spain reads this post, I totally recommend you look up these books, they’re 👌.
Now, let me tell you why these books are so amazing: everything. The setting? Detailed, varied with a lot of cities, civilizations, cultures and amazing fantastic creatures. It’s also a breath of fresh air since it often avoids clichés. The characters? Incredible! They are complex, human and realistic! Not only that, there are plenty of LGBT+ characters (trans, gay, bisexual, asexual...) and they are all so good, whith such great arcs and storylines, amazing representation! The plots? Inspiring, captivating, moving, surprising and they just have my heart. They have made me laugh, cry, fall in love, inspired me, helped me, comforted me and they are just special ❤

Another work with palettes, but this time some calid colors. She is from a book called “Jaulas de seda” by Iria G. Parente and Selene M. Pascual. You can translate it as Silk cage. She is a princess and that little bird there is magic and it’s always around her!
