S. Cotter: “Biggest inspiration? That’s hard, I know so many people! There’s Mr. Getaway, who’s been mentorin’ me in all things reporting, and Dash, who’s taught most of us at least half the racing know-how we have, and Axle, for being the bestest bud I could ever ask for-”

A. Spoiler: “Thanks, Sidecar. I think I’m pretty great too.”

S. Turner: “Sidecar is correct, it’s difficult to narrow an answer down to just one individual.”

C. Feng: “Totally. We’d be here all day if I tried to thank every single inspirational figure to me, or pick just one!”

M. Caliper: “Lucky for me, I don’t have that problem. Mine is Mega-Wrex! He’s taken me under his wing… wheel? Hood? It doesn’t matter. Point is, he’s been my stunting inspiration since I was a kid, and I’ve gotten to visit Monster Truck Island, and learn from the best, all thanks to him! I’m even thinking about getting a tattoo of him on my arm!”

B. Hikari: “…Aaaaaand, my turn! It’s gotta be my Uncle Larry! He’s always encouraged me to stay true to me, and take on the impossible!”

Question 3: “What’s advice can you give to young aspiring racers?”

“There’s a lot of things I could, or couldn’t say. But I think something important to keep in mind is that everything you do, win or lose, is a valuable experience. I’ve lost my fair share of races, but each one was an opportunity to improve, and got me to the point where I am today. And I’m the Hot Wheels 500 champ! Don’t let a failure or two ruin your whole experience! Figure out what you did wrong, and strive to improve!”

“And… wear your seatbelt and helmet. That’s important too.”
