come and get it
avoid these foods or eat them in small amounts that might be helpful to you. Also you said that you get 8-9 hours of sleep but a big part is keeping your sleep schedule the same. So don't go to bed at 10 one night then get 8 hours of sleep but go to bed at 3 another, even though your still getting 8 hours. Also when you get a migraine, if you can, try to fall asleep that's what helps me the most. I hope I helped you :))) I know how awful migraines are and I'm so sorry you suffer from them (3/3)
thank you so much darling! you know so much about this amazing <3 i’ve answered you already once ;) but i’ll definitely keep your advice in mind !

help me out?
HEy I feel you soooo much about migraines. I had my first migraine like 2 years ago, and I haven't gotten one for about a year. But when I did get them they were so horrible. I didn't have chronic migraine and I don't even know what they were triggered by. Do you get aura's before you get migraines? If so, take medication right when you see the aura. Also, if it's possible see a neurologist. They can prescribe you stronger medicine or a prevention medicine (since your's are chronic) (pt. 1)
thanks sweetie! i dont know what triggers my migraines, i wake up with headaches and i go to bed with headaches. but during the day they get worse like a pounding hammer or they slowly fade and become a nagging ache in the back of my head. but they’re just always there :(
but i’ll try to find out more about auras <3
