Pretty darn special way to start yesterday! Run-venture from home to Polhill for soaring hill reps with Marianne, then via a familiar run-commute route to Newtown, then all the way to Island Bay, then around the bays to Lyall Bay, then an 'aid station' coffee stop at Maranui 😅 (hello flat white my dear friend), then the final 3 kilometre stretch to a dear colleagues house for our team day - and where she gifted me a shower and clean towel.
