The Last Three Installed In Astor Place - Days Later There Are Just Two
“The Last Three,” depicting the planet’s last three Northern White Rhinos – Sudan, Najin, and Fatu – created by Australian artists Gillie and Marc Shattner. Temporarily installed in Astor Place.
Days later, Sudan, the last male Northern White Rhino died. There are now only two females left on the planet.

A kétszer két szobrot még 2022 szeptemberében fényképeztem, aztán egész egyszerűen elfelejtkeztem róluk, pontosabban úgy emlékeztem rájuk, hogy majmok a szereplői, nem kutyák, és az, hogy végül kutyák, felborította egy másik tervemet, ők pedig visszahullottak az elfeledettségbe.
