Not a sudden thought because I always felt this, but the Milverton/Ruskin and Whiteley/Marcus relationship dynamics are pretty much the same just the two different sides - one is very good and one is very evil. Both secretaries fully support their bosses whom they are also pretty close to and who also fully trusts then and shares everything with them. And they both more like partners than just boss & employee - a partner in crime and a partners for equality duo!
Also, I really wish we saw Ruskin and Marcus interacting too, not just Milverton and Whiteley.
