I control a Consecrated Sphinx and my opponent controls an Alms Collector when the last time counter is removed from my Wheel of Fate- how many cards do both of us draw?

When Wheel of Fate resolves, your opponent draws 8 cards and you draw 1. You get 8 Sphinx triggers. For each one you choose to draw for, you each draw 1 card and Sphinx triggers again.

If Dogs started playing en masse, I guarantee more dogs (or Hounds) and a dog planeswalker, probably multiple.

given the immense popularity of vehicles, it's highly probable we'll see them again, right? Do you think they'll see a smattering of cards on various planes, almost like equipments, will we have to wait for another artifact-matters block, or will they be strictly a Kaladesh thing?

I can't tell you what we will or won't do in the future. I can say Vehicles were pretty popular.

there’s gotta be a heat source. Nothing in the room changed. If anything, it should be getting colder, because the heat from the room would be dissipated to the colder outside.
