Day 61: March non-negotiables
I saw this great post about a "March reset" and it made me want to develop a list of 'non-negotiables' for myself this month.
Here's my list of non-negotiables (which double as boundaries) this month:
30 min reading before bed
1 new book each week
M/W/F strength sets (intro POWER Friday)
T/Th cardio sets
finish Stanley of water at work each day
face mask every Sunday
90 min focus each week on fitness business
Keep current 'respectful' eating pattern (high fiber and protein breakfast, high protein lunch, light dinner, post-dinner treat)
continue to park far away and walk more
go shopping in closet before buying anything new
I'm so stoked about this list!
WOD: strength set (10 min warm-up walk, 3 rounds, 10 reps each move - 50# sumo squat, 30# static lunges, incline push-ups, 15# bent arm raises, 60# farmer's carry, 10 min incline walk), 60 min Pilates class
