A bit 'o the green. It's St. Patrick's Day so a bit of green is required. Originally when this outfit was planned out, the significance of the day had been forgotten. There had already been celebrations in our town two weekends ago, and Chicago's big festivities were last weekend, so it's understandable. But at least the boots had a bit of green in their plaid. Once the oversight was uncovered, a Kelly green turtleneck was added, along with a layering t-shirt in black with a studded shamrock on the chest to bring a bit more celebratory flair. Here's to hoping the outfit brings a bit of the luck of the Irish.
