Okay, so I’ve only really gotten into Hunter: The Parenting in the past few months, but I was wondering if anyone else had floated the idea of Marckus’s past deal with… that thing to try and save his brother might wind up factoring into the confrontation with the local garou populace?
Like, we all know from D’s explanation back in Ghoul Lore: Big-D & Kitten’s Crash-Course on Fatally Addicted behind why he’s so careful with exposing Marckus to the supernatural, particularly the danger of his delving into such matters meeting the criteria of whatever deal was struck. Add in Horse’s prophecy mentioning “milkings” immediately after the garou, and it paints the picture of the fae being soon to make an appearance (or already having made an appearance if we count Togo (how funny would it be if he was the one that took Anton and thus serves as the Khorne stand-in?)).
Hell, I wouldn’t be all that surprised if the Golden Goose Gang, the Arcanum, and the Leopoldites rock up to the nearest caern and they find themselves in deep Hedge shit, a “out of frying pan into the fire and then the fire explodes” situation if you will, but I guess we’ll just have to wait and see when the next episode drops, whenever that will be.
