Would now be a bad time to ask you about my essay on the cell?

That was a very interesting answer and if you would ever like to indulge in some of that, I would be happy to oblige. Perhaps start with a little shopping spree to dress you up properly?

Luna made her way over to Marcus’s. She wasn’t going there to seek comfort, she told herself, he didn’t know her like that and it wouldn’t be fair. She just needed to ask him a very simple question and then be on her way. And maybe pull herself together sometime before that. She knocked at his door, three knocks in her strongest knock-voice, hoping the tear-stained cheeks weren’t a red alarm for him.

Luna snuck over to Marcus’s, he’d asked her to come and this was her first invitation over post-learning how to scene. At least there would be puppies at Marcus’s house, she liked that about him. He’d said he liked to spoil pretty girls, and apart from not considering herself particularly pretty, it sounded like a promising deal. The idea was to shake off how tired she was from not sleeping since, like, 2 days ago because of that stupid essay. She called on his door, making sure to put bounce in her steps.

The cell is very exciting, dear.  It’s the building block of life.  By understanding how cells work in healthy and diseased states, cell biologists working in animal, plant and medical science will be able to develop new vaccines, more effective medicines, plants with improved qualities and through increased knowledge a better understanding of how all living things live.

But you gotta admit it’s kinda dry. I wanna go swim with some fish, y’know?

I might pull an all nighter tonight to try and make better headway with it. Do you have recommendations for study snacks?

[text] I’m not sure if I’m ever gonna be prepared for something like that, to be perfectly honest. The very idea of having the government intrude like that in my personal life makes my skin crawl, but I do have a good idea of what I’m going to do, yes. Thankfully Lex offered to help me out. Have you found a sub yet, Sir?
