Ingredients: 1 lb crawfish tails. 8 oz penne pasta. 2 tbsp butter. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tbsp chopped parsley, for garnish.
Instructions: Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, saut until translucent. Add crawfish tails to the skillet, cook for 3-4 minutes. Pour in heavy cream, stir well, and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until it's melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked penne pasta to the skillet, toss until well coated with the sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
