Enjoy a wonderful mix of tastes with this Creamy Garlic Bacon Tomato Penne, which is made even better with melted mozzarella balls. Each bite of the penne is a divine experience thanks to the delicious bacon, tangy tomatoes, and creamy garlic sauce that cover it.
Ingredients: 250g penne pasta. 6 slices bacon, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1 cup heavy cream. 1 cup mozzarella balls, halved. Salt and black pepper to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the penne pasta until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. In a big pan, cook the bacon until it gets crispy. Take the bacon out of the pan and set it aside. Leave the bacon grease in the pan. Add minced garlic to the same pan that has bacon grease and cook until it smells good. Put cherry tomatoes in the pan and cook them until they get soft. Add the heavy cream and keep stirring the sauce until it's hot all the way through and a little thicker. Toss the cooked penne pasta and crispy bacon back into the skillet until everything is well mixed and hot. Add the halved mozzarella balls slowly, letting them melt a little into the sauce. To taste, add salt and black pepper. Add fresh basil leaves on top and serve hot. Take a bite of your Mozzarella Balls and Creamy Garlic Bacon Tomato Penne!
