I prefer AshxLatias because I would expect Bianca to actually say something to him when the art was given to him.

Or maybe everything she had to say was said with that kiss. Or maybe she was embarrassed and felt more confident if he didn't know for sure who it was. 

Also Bianca always wears that hat, so I find it weird that she would just be out doing the usual, but just decided that she wasn't feeling the hat that specific day.

And I still can't shake how weird it would be for Latias to give Ash art that Bianca made.

Sorry, I just think that MareShipping (Ash x Bianca) and even AltoShipping (Ash x Latias) are really good. I can't help but defend both of them.

Like to me, it appears like it is more likely to be Bianca because she gives the drawing (or painting, i can't remember) to Ash. And I can't understand why Latias would be giving Ash Bianca's art.

However, I feel like the reasoning behind the kiss would make sense for Latias. She went through a lot with Ash, so if she somehow developed a crush on Ash, that would be understandable. 

I love how even this could go both ways. And I could say more about this, but I must return to working on my paper.
