Nice notes of black berries. Soft notes of Liquorice and Tobacco. Tannins well melted. Very elegant and silky as a Good Margaux. France - 🇫🇷 - Bordeaux - Margaux. 🍇 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Baron de Brane nicknamed the "Napoléon des vignes", bought the Château Gorce in 1833. A pioneer of viticulture, he knows the reputation and potential of this exceptional terroir, located on the best ridges of Cantenac: he will devote all his energy and his fortune. In 1838, eager to leave an indelible imprint, he chose to rename Gorce: "Brane-Cantenac". In 1925, the Lurton family bought this prestigious vintage which, from generation to generation, perpetuated the complex, aromatic and delicate wine style that made Brane-Cantenac's reputation. Second estate wine, Baron de Brane is made from young vines (around 25 years old).
