" Hello?! Is anyone there?!" She had heard a rather strange noise at first thinking someone was yelling or shooting in pain maybe? She wasn't too sure. Without a second thought she came inside to see where or who else was around. Suddenly hearing footsteps behind she quickly turns in a gasp. Her hand closed over her chest as her heart rate picked up. " geez! You scared me! How? Where did you come from? Who are you?"

Has your friend Dean ever taken you to Funkytown?

"We haven't had the chance to visit many places together yet but funkytown? Are you talking about a real place or are you referring to a more intimate meaning behind that?"

" Yes please, can never say no to homemade pancakes" this was becoming a routine for margo, every Thursday's and Fridays she would come to jayden's Cafe and enjoy some delicious food here and often come by to either do work on laptop or have pleasant chats with jadyen.

" Your mornings sound awfully busy but I get it. Sometimes I have a busy schedule myself, I start my days before 10am, get my together, shower, dress, if I have time make myself coffee or grab a water bottle and a fruit bar. I'm terrible when it comes to trying to find time to make breakfast, sometimes I have to rush out without getting the chance to cook like I want to, I either stop by this amazing sandwich shop or stop by here to have some of your delicious coffee." Margo explained while she poured light syrup over her pancakes with a slight drizzle.

"So ... who are you hoping to get stuck under the mistletoe with?"

" Oh could name a few names that I have been thinking of being stuck under the mistletoe with. But to make it more fun I'll give you a hint. One is a trickster, the other two are doctors and this guy i met at a café a few months ago."

" How about you Greta? Anyone special you thought about being under the mistletoe with?"

" Now why would you say that? I just merely stated what I did for a living." Sure it may have sounded like a brag but maybe she was trying to press his buttons a little. She have met her share of difficult people but he was one of the top in her list. She wonders what his backstory was and what lead him into how he was. Time will tell, although despite his exterior she was intrigued.

" besides, something tells me you would be hard to impress." She teased with a smile.

" hmm, that's a tough question. But I have to say that my top three favorites are margarita, pina colada and strawberry daiquiri."

" what about you Greta? Whats your flavor of choice?"

“So, you are the one my big brother is obsessed with, eh?” Dominic asked, referring to Adrian.

" Your brother? Wait are you talking about Adrian? He never mentioned he had a brother." Margo replied, admittedly the subject of either family was not really discussed so she wasn't at all surprised to learn that about him. She was however taken aback that this man seems to know that Adrian has the hots for her. " I'm guessing he's told you about me? That would be typical of him. Speaking of..I was sort of looking for him. And since you know who I am, I'm curious to know what your name is."

" You really want to know about that?" She asked him, the question came out of left field yet it couldn't hurt to tell him a small bit of her childhood memories. Thinking back to the more tame event in her life where things were so simple, but given the chance she wouldn't want to turn back time to relive those childhood moments that seem soo long ago.

"Okay, I was about eight years old at the time, I was playing in the park with this other girl who was about my age. My mother and her sister was also there at the time ,chatting with each other as I was playing. I noticed a figure who was walking around dressed as an elf."

" At the time I actually thought it was an elf not realizing that it was probably just a man in a silly costume. But when I saw him use some type of magic like he literally made a pencil float in the air. When I saw that I remembered running up to my mom and aunt telling them what I saw and of course they just laughed it of saying that's cute but they didn't belive me."
