Yknow the Vantas kids know they're adopted because, duh, but It would be also incredibly funny if Karkat never told them or acts as if they don't know even though it's so fucking obvious

Thinking on how Mari is a seadweller so when she gets sad/angry/overwhelmed she goes to the middle of the lake and just stays in the bottom until she wants to come out lol

Actually here's a list of the problems that the Vantas kids get every once in a while

Luis: Fights (less often after he grew up), insulting a teacher (he did that when he was younger not anymore), escaping to go to a party or just hang out in the park (basically if it's too late at night), pranks (june's fault)

Mari: stealing Karkat's credit card (she wants attention or a doll), drawing on the walls (mostly because Karkat can't erase them now), getting the floor all wet and full of mud (she is a seadweller and just walks around the house after jumping into the river without drying herself first)

AJ/Holly: coming back home smelling like death (she decided to get into that pool of water that smells Bad), putting the insects she founds on Karkat's hair without telling him, bringing more animals into the house (she already has like 5 frogs and too many insects), flying in the kitchen (too dangerous, she doesnt fly very well), coming back home full of mud

Also the one everyone gets in trouble: not doing the chores

And the punishment tend to be none to very mild (go to your room) so they tend to repeat often lmao
