What I liked about Perfect Office Pact by Maria Jane was its light and playful feel. The hilarious banter between Cade and Mira was quite fun and entertaining and piqued my interest as to how the story would play out, especially since I assumed they would end up together. I really liked seeing how Declan’s personality and background became more clear as the story unfolded. It was truly a rollercoaster ride in that regard! However, the plot was somewhat predictable and I also I feel the concept was a little childish. Another thing that came off as clumsy was the mistaken reference to Rose, Mira's sister on page 103.
It's a nice book, just a tad bit unrealistic.
