I finished read all ATLA comic and i hate how Zuko was portrayed like a idiot to make him more "human" and Yang statement about "Azula supposed has split personality" make no sense. Okay we know be fire lord is not a easy job but it's not a excuse to make Zuko like a idiot by make him willingly hear Ozai "advice" instead of he need to talk with Iroh. And I never see Azula has "split personality, she just has mood swings and gone insane due to the effect of mental illness.

Those "split personality"-things is only to make the hype of its comic since fictional "split personality" is so popular in media. You right, we should never take ATLA comic very seriously, it just as bad as Legend of Korra and Turd wars

I KNOW. THOSE COMICS ARE TRASH. It boggles the mind how badly the screwed up. When I read The Promise I was so pissed off at how stupid Zuko was. Why i the hell was he obeying Ozai?? His arc in the show had him learn that he didn’t need to listen to Ozai and then he turns around and listens to everything he says. All the drama was so contrived and everyone was acting so OOC. And the less said about how they screwed up Ursa the better.

And yes I HATE that stupid split personality stuff with Azula. She certainly lost her marbles at the end of the show but that’s not a split personality. Not every crazy character has a split personality. Azula’s issues are due to her abuse from Ozai and feeling like her mother never loved her, which is why she hallucinated Ursa at the end of the show. They can’t get anything right.

Speaking about Kinue Crossroad what do you think if she still alive, will she join katharon too (according to your opinion) ? or she will in neutral sides just like saji ?

Oh man I had never thought about it? I don’t know if Kinue would have been able to stay neutral. She was so passionate about the truth, but I don’t think she knew what she was gonna do with it when she got it.

I think Katharon Kinue would be plausible.

I thought for a second, “but what about Saji?” Kinue obviously worked her ass off for Saji and cared for him like no one else. He was the only family she had and I think that if she had lived she would have cared about his safety more than her own, so he’d probably be the one thing that held her back to actually just jump head first and involve herself into the fray because she cannot stand seeing the truth manipulated in this way.

But I can perfectly see Kinue thinking “I HAVE to do something about it” and thinking that her best chances of bringing truth and light to the world is joining Katharon and fighting along side with them, even if it means leaving Saji behind, that is SUCH a good concept omg

I'm still remember your statement about IH at TV-Tropes.I try to edit and add "Out-of-character moment","Out-of-character alert" tropes in Rukia section, and "Hypocrites" tropes in Renji section, You know what happen in next day, those three tropes that I added already deleted. And you're right, IH already dominate TV-Tropes

I haven’t checked on the Bleach TV Tropes pages in quite awhile, but that doesn’t surprise me. Part of me is amused that there seems to be at least one Org policing the tropes pages for just such edits on a daily basis, and the other part is disheartened at how they cannot remain objective or cope with the reality that the end of Bleach is universally considered bad.

Of course, I’m not saying that IchiRuki shippers are completely free of bias, but seemingly overnight–and really every night since the last chapter was released–any and all negative tropes that could be applied to the characters, canon ships, and series as a whole were wiped out, even some–such as Fandom Discontinuity–that had been there for literal years (and, such as the case of Fandom Discontinuity, are easily proven with a quick glance through any Bleach forum’s archives).

To an extent, some degree of partiality is to be expected, but what is happening to Bleach’s tropes pages is beyond “some degree of partiality” and goes to show just how little Orgs and the like truly understand the themes, plot, and characters of Bleach.

Topic Video: Can we talking about ''humanizing'' in Avatar series. Some of fans that LOK is more ''human'' because they think bryke make them into more to gray and grey morality character and conflict, and claim ATLA conflict is too black and white and ''one dimensional''. Can you talk about ''humanizing'' in ATLA is more better written and ''humanizing'' in LOK is bad and so messy. You also can bring ATLA and LOK villain in this topic.

Korrasami stans used to be bash mako because of he is such a asshole toward both his ex's, and make Korrasami are the "victims" of him. But now they suddenly praise mako because of now he supports korrasami in the end of turf wars -_-

Well they are shallow. Anything that supports their ship is good no matter how dumb it is.

Mention and explain your favorite canon " out of nowhere ship" but amazingly worked and handled very well in story.

I think the one I have to talk about is Bulma and Vegeta. Vegeta at the time it revealed that Trunks was the son of Vegeta and Bulma was barely an ally. Vegeta was not too long before that an outright villain. It was extremely random and out of nowhere, but Toriyama somehow managed to make it work. Vegeta and Bulma getting together wasn’t really shown but somehow their characters ended up meshing together. It was done out of sheer plot convenience to make Future Trunks but gosh did Toriyama strike gold with that idea. Now their relationship is beloved by fans.

Topic video: Can you made some discussion about " how to write a good female character who is the have some interest or become the love interest of Main Character". You can use Winry and Katara as good example or added some character that you know and use Orihime, Sakura and Hinata as bad example because they are too "love interest centric" which resulting their character development is wasted. This topic is not about shipping, but about how the female character being written as this.

The villains in ATLA is more consistent than in LOK. Zuko, Zhao, Azula, Ozai, Hama ,Long Feng and Dai Li didn't need a stupid ideologies and philosophies. They are very likeable in their own way, even Ozai who is purely evil, is still likeable big bad because of his character very consistent .

The LoK villains all had an ideology as a gimmick rather than a character trait. The ATLA villains were actual characters, especially ones like Zuko and Azula. Even Zhao had character. Even one off villains like Hama have a backstory that helps you understand why they’re bad. Jet was a minor villain who you could understand his motivations and why he was willing to go to extremes. There’s actually something to these characters. In LoK the villains are pretty much just a a formality to create obligatory drama. They exist because you have to have villains in a show like this so Bryke just put them in and toss in a gimmick. It’s why they feel so lackluster. The most interesting ones are Amon and Kuvira but even they get written so poorly they were just bland nothing villains. Ozai is considered the least interesting villain in ATLA but he’s still more interesting than any LoK villains. Because Ozai is an actually character who has some backstory (even if it’s not a whole lot). It’s more story and better consistency than any LoK villain.
