blaise: he’s just - he’s being so stupid! like always!! i feel like i don’t even know him anymore! everyone always talks about how twins have this like, special connection but most of the time i just want to shake him and yell at him for being so - so - marigold: stupid? blaise: yes!!! marigold: hmm. and have you told him about your panic attacks yet? blaise: wha- well - no. marigold: i see.

ben: you nervous kid? bea: why would i be nervous? i’ve been dreaming of this day for so long. and now its finally here

aster: why didn’t you tell us he was sick?! you should have told us mom! marigold: aster! nyla: your father didn’t want you all to worry, he didn’t want you to see him any differently. we were going to tell you when it got worse- aster: well now he’s gone. dad is dead, mom! we could have helped! i - i need some air.

marigold: you think me and killian could stay here for a bit? aster: of course you can. are things really that bad? marigold: we’re…done aster. i’m letting billy have the house until he finds his own place and moves out. aster: i’m so sorry mari marigold: its okay. we’re trying to stay as friendly as we can for killian, but its still hard

marigold, like always, took a bit to warm up to chris and scarlett, but once she was comfortable, she got on quite well with both girls. aster loved scarlett’s humor, but couldn’t quite keep up with her quick speech...

ivy gathered chris and scarlett, excited to introduce them to her family. she beamed at marigold’s growing belly, hugged aster after he told her of the wedding planning, and frowned as she saw her father’s hair turning more grey by the day...
