Architecture can be both a civic symbol and an economic engine. The Cultural Marina project redefines the Philippine waterfront as a space where creativity, heritage, and enterprise coexist. The plan connects museums, art venues, retail quays, and eco-residential districts in a coherent masterplan supported by renewable systems and adaptive flood design. It aims to attract tourism, empower local communities, and establish new private–public coastal partnerships frameworks.
