3 things I learned about myself from running yesterday's @goldengatehalf race: 1) I make a great city driver. 2) The whole bladder issue is more mental, than it is physical. I shockingly ran the whole 13.1 miles without having to use the porta-potty. 3) I ran yesterday's race alone. And when I mean "alone"...I mean I drove my ass to the city alone, I ran it alone, and I didn't have any family or friends watching me or cheering me on. And despite those brutal SF hills, yesterday was the fastest half marathon that I've ran so far. Wrapping up my third half-marathon of the year with the @goldengatehalf! Really excited to be running in SF again, then through the Golden Gate Bridge towards Sausalito, then back again through the bridge, and back into the city to finish at Marina Green.
