For most people who train for aesthetics, a perfectly defined 6-pack is an important goal. And although abs are made in the kitchen, as they say, a defined midsection still requires some solid, lean muscle and a strong core. Since I am currently on mission #AbsLikeSlabs, I will be sharing some of my favourite ab and core exercises and I invite you to join in and get active with me while building and strengthening those abdominal muscles and core. It all comes down to education: what to do when. There's nothing like a bit of positive pressure to inspire one to work harder towards those goals. It targets your entire abdominal area, as well as your lower back and abut of shoulders. It takes some times to get right, but it's a great exercise!
