"There was a time when I sat next to [Senna] on a plane and Beatrice ["Betise" Assumpção], who used to do his PR, handed him a load of these big folders, all global press cuttings, with highlighter pens. He was pouring through it and I asked him, "What are you doing?". He said: "These are comments that are all negative towards me, and I want to understand who’s saying it." And I’m thinking to myself, that’s another level above where I am."
