Rumor has it that Mark Goffman may be the showrunner for CBS' Star Trek show. Goffman messed up season 2 of Sleepy Hollow by sidelining Abbie Mills and pushing Katrina Crane to the forefront. A move that damn near got the show cancelled. The POC characters will suffer if Goffman runs that show. He will kill them off in a way that will give hope to fans that they might return. Then in the second season more while characters will be added.
I swear to god I will be on twitter complaining about there not being enough PoC or that the PoC are getting sidelined. I HATED seeing Abbie be sidelined like that ugh. Can we do a twitter campaign against him now because this needs to not happen.

I don't think I've ever heard of an EP being replaced and the show getting better TWISTED anyone?....and this isn't a midseason thing, this is while hoping for a renewal....I still feel like if Fox wanted to renew, they'd have done it already.
