Dream Journal 2017-06-22 and 2017-06-23: An Itemized List Of Assorted Dream Fragments
Yesterday’s post didn’t happen due to extenuating circumstances. There was an emergency at work and I ended up getting sucked into a double shift, which meant I couldn’t get to tumblr to post my dreams in a timely fashion. It turns out that my dreams for both today and yesterday were incredibly fragmented, and I’ve accidentally forgotten a bunch of them because I got overconfident about how well I could remember things.
Here’s a quick rundown of some of the stuff I dreamed about:
My boss materializes into the middle of a room, has a panic attack, and then runs away
Something about simultaneously feeling romance and loss
Went to a place where the floor was at a 10-degree angle for no apparent reason
Bought groceries and had no epic adventures while at the store
A woman’s voice asked “Have you located the object?”
While floating in a void, an unseen force was pulling me almost imperceptibly to the left
A clear river full of starfish (or sea stars, or whatever the heck they’re called)
Ribbons of color undulating through a void, as though carried on the current of invisible water

Today’s header image is taken from a photograph by Mark Mawson at markmawson.com. It’s sort of what my undulating colors dream looked like, though the colors were more like what is seen in the bottom half of the picture.
