Vaughn Bode was born on this day in 1941. Sadly he died at age 33, two years before Heavy Metal came out. It was a privilege to publish @vaughnbodeofficial “Sunpot” in color in our first several issues, and to work with @markbodeofficial as well. Vaughn Bode will be making an appearance in Heavy Metal 300, his first since 2007.
