The one person that mattered to her most of all was ripped from her grasp. Literally, one fateful day. Pulled into the heavens by the gods. More like dragged, screaming. She would make the false gods pay. She would hunt down every last one to the ends of the earth. If only there were any left on the earth. So she'll wait, patiently. Century after century. Until they return. The gods always return. And every last Jonn'Qarra who ever lived will learn what loss and pain and death truly is.

An improbable tragedy of otherworldly proportions stripped Sauda of everything she ever loved. In an instant, forces beyond her imagination left her with nothing but ashes and anger. Impotent rage against forces she would never be able to avenge. Until she found for her. And opened her world up to the tools capable of extracting revenge. Now she sits and waits for the time to come again. The time when she can exact vengeance against those who lay waste to life without conscious or consequence. The time when she can eradicate those forces in the name of her family and village. The day when she can, once and for all eternity, wipe the last of the Jonn'Qarra from the face of the earth.
