In a situation where everyone is dramatic and/or believing the Sussex ‘success gashlighting PR’, I only see a way to laugh so hard about them and have fun 😅

Their supporters are claiming they are so loved and so popular (as its their PR) just because they lined up people in a already crowded hospital and because they had 2 covers on the British press 🤣. The other side maybe is also believing the gaslighting because they are mad that people lined up to have a glimpse of them (as people always do for famous celebrities).

The tour isn’t even a main topic, only if your algorithm is working in that direction, nobody really cares about them, I don’t know why everyone is trying to make drama out of it, haters are giving them more attention than their own fans. They are just being ridiculous as always, others worried about them making a tour in UK, that won’t happen until that woman receives full security and that won’t happen in a very long time (maybe I am very positive but I don’t see how the government will give them 24/7 security without people gettin mad and the government becoming more unpopular)

Anyway, I just have to laugh reading the debates and the meltdown from both sides (supporter and haters), because while they are fighting and giving importance, the real world can’t even care less about them

They are column filler and outrage click bait. Nothing more.

The UK press keeps publishing articles about their constant faux pas because it sells. Their columnists and reporters like getting paid. A cheque is a cheque.

It's ironic that the Sussex Squad/Markle stans complain about Harry & Meg's UK press coverage. The UK press has been reminding people that they still exist three years after they jumped the shark and became completely irrelevant.

If it wasn't for the UK press's constant need for outrage click bait, everyone would have forgotten they existed. They hardly exist in the US press.

But some people want to spend their time dissecting the PR mishaps and faux pas of a tour that won't matter in four months, let alone six months.

Regardless of whether or not Meghan's night time ride video through Paris was "insensitive" or not, I am very confident we can re-evaluate everyone's reactions to that video and its subsequent media coverage less than a year from today (08 October 2025).

I wonder if two spoilt princelings are regretting so publicly disrespecting their father so they can worship at the altar of Mummy Diana.

I have no sympathy for their of them or their cults, who are both salivating at the news for different reasons, as trained to do by their favorites.

All thoughts with The King and The Queen and the loyal members of their family only.

I can't wait to see William not acknowledge his father again on Father's Day this June. Because William will probably only recognize that he is a father to "his" children, just like he did last year.

Also can't wait to see William to continually not bow to his father, a cancer survivor, even when his wife, Kate, curtseys.

But hey, we'll get proof of life of William on Wednesday when he does a whopping TWO engagements.

Will he do engagements next week when his kids are out on break for a week? I'm not going to hold my breath on that one.

Can't wait to watch Queen Camilla outwork William while her husband is undergoing cancer treatments. But then she has always outworked William while she's been a royal.

I heard the same thing. It's probably going to court. In my opinion, the things Meghan said about her were maliciously defamatory. She said Sam was a high school drop out. That alone threatens Sam's livelihood as a social worker. Sam had to move three times due to media harassment and I have heard that a great deal of the harassment that went towards Sam were paps called by a certain someone to make her sister's life a living hell. I heard they have evidence about that now as well as evidence that the #sussexsquad is a bot army hired to harrass and defame Samantha online to the point that she could not have an official online presence that wasn't trolled, deepfaked, or taken down. Can you imagine how hard it must have been for her to attract clients as a social worker with all that messy shit going down?

Yes she came out on the news, but she did so AFTER Meghan iced and defamed the family. How else could she say her side of things? She couldn't use social media! It was always getting hacked! Anyway every single thing she said at the beginning has come to pass. I don't see her as a fame whore with nothing to complain about. She's got a legitimate complaint for defamation per se, in my opinion as a law school drop out. But ultimately we will just have to wait and see how the court sees it. I think it's unlikely to be dismissed at this point, but it could be. The court could also just issue a summary judgment, or, more likely, the court may decide that the finding of fact in this case should be done by a jury... and if that happens, I am THERE for it.

It's already started on social media. She's getting called out and slammed for hypocrisy after all their interviews and documentaries about the "toxic and racist" royal family. The best part is that they're getting called out by Meghan's target demographic in America, young millenials and GenZ who identify as liberals/progressives. Her usual defenders are either silent or finally woke up lol (Sux Squad notwithstanding, they're a special kind of crazy).

Also, Harry's wife isn't going to live forever, so this shit will stop in the tabloids at a certain point. Also, she won't have the money to pay for the deluge of articles she's done in the past.

But will Sussex Squad continue be a problem without their dear leader? Diana’s fans still make problems (though much smaller and much more insignificantly than Diana ever did). If what happens is what you’ve said will happen, the. Sussex Squad could totally reinvent themselves in the model of Diana’s fans (the more culty ones).

I don't think so. There are big differences between the two.

Diana's post-divorce rep didn't quite solidify amongst the UK public before her death. She had a run of negative stories and perceptions in the UK press before her death, but there wasn't enough space between her divorce and death for it to really hold after the shock of her death.

Harry's wife has never held the same popularity & interest as Diana. She's just never made it to the same level and has never maintained the popularity she briefly had at the wedding.

The Sussex Squad is easily avoidable for most people. Aside from twitter and other social media platforms, they don't hold much power. Harry's wife has worked to get them to promote her in arenas where the media pays attention, such as twitter. But outside of twitter and instagram, they aren't that powerful. Still waiting to see when the twitter bots get exposed though.

We haven't seen Harry's wife's dirt get exposed yet. Most of her stans can pretend that she's a saint, even though there is plenty of evidence to the contrary at this point. However, once things start getting released, it'll be much harder for any of them to maintain that she's a nice person who deserves defending. I'm not saying she won't have her defenders up to and after her death, but they will be few and far between once certain things start getting released. Even Henry Kissinger has his defenders, and he's trash, just like Alan Dershowitz.

Someone continuing on with their 15 minutes of fame...

I find this whole situation really weird. Or perhaps it’s not weird, just very convenient.

1. I came across this yesterday morning when I saw two videos posted to my YT feed via Sky News. I know things like that can happen to any people anywhere. But it just seemed a little weird that in the initial version I heard on Sky News, it was just about the conversation with Lady Susan Hussey. Just seemed like something that could only have made the news if it was a slow news day or something. When you live in a country (USA) with an opioid crisis, shootings, inflation, culture wars, crazy political shit, police violence, etc., it’s a really low bar for someone to make it on a national news broadcast for something like this. But different country. 

2. I didn’t read/hear anything about the “hair” allegations until I was reading the comments on a DListed post about it. Interesting that the initial tweets about it didn’t mention her hair. It’s almost as if the initial complaint making the rounds wasn’t offensive enough. 

However, the story about LSH moving her hair to see her name tag just didn’t sound right to me. LSH was a lady-in-waiting for THE QUEEN for sixty years. That’s not nothing. Last I recall, no one is supposed to touch the monarch in public unless she touches you first. Due to that, I have a hard time believing Lady Susan just randomly touches people and moves their hair in order to see their name tag. That seems more like something a security officer would be doing to check credentials. By the time you get around to being near the monarch or consort in this case, your credentials should have already been checked by security. Not after. I’ve never met a lady-in-waiting, but I have a hard time believing that they would do more than shake your hand if you’re a stranger. 

3. Then I read what @helenaaurellia wrote about Lady Susan’s family in the transcript, and I think @helenaaurellia is right. It doesn’t make any sense if you know who LSH is. However, most people don’t know anything about Lady Susan, so it’s easy to believe everything she is being accused of.  

4. I came across the massive Messie Condo twitter thread on a fluke when I was looking at other things on twitter last night. The whole scenario makes a lot more sense--even though that twitter feed is long--after reading it. The “witness” Mandu Reid sure did a LOT of interviews on UK media for something that allegedly happened less than 48 hours before. Whenever someone is that organized and gets that many interviews completed in a short amount of time, my first thought is that it is all pr. In this case, it probably is. 

5. There’s a tangential relationship between Meghan and the people involved. One of the reporters who got the first interview can be associated easily not only with the Sussex Squad but Meghan and her strongwrite account. It’s too much of a coincidence. 

6. Lainey reminded us all of Lady Susan’s transgression against Meghan--stating the truth that the marriage will fail. It’s not a coincidence that LSH was singled out then, was it? Meghan isn’t just hitting back at the BRF; she’s hitting back at someone she has a grudge against. It’s not just about attempting to spoil Will & Kate’s Boston trip. She’s settling scores with this. One stone, multiple birds.

I haven’t read all the UK press about this mess. Just haven’t. I don’t dispute that things like this can happen to anyone anywhere. I have a relative who has visited London on more than a hundred occasions for short trips but will tell you that he doesn’t like going to London due to how he has been treated in the past. He’s not a white dude. (Doesn’t have any problem going Frankfurt or Paris though.) 

But there is clearly more to this than the simple victim/perpetrator storyline that has been bandied about already.
