Were Pelle or Øystein friends with the Beherit guys? Or did they like their music?

"At the height of the Norwegian vs Finnish black metal war, members of Beherit were known to impersonate other bands and add fuel to the fire of various conflicts.

Beherit frontman Nuclear Holocausto once sent a letter to Euronymous of Mayhem calling him a "Norwegian cuck" and a "fag**t", before leaving the return address of Black Crucifixion, another black metal band from Finland."

Now comes the very interesting thing.

Shortly after Pelle’s s****ide, Øystein sent Marko Pelle's Salem t-shirt. My friend messaged Marko and asked him if that information is true, and he said that it is, adding that he didn't even ask Øystein for the shirt (or anything else) to be sent to him. Here's Marko wearing Pelle's shirt:

𖤐Beherit Interview From 1992𖤐

Now from Deep Abyss of Hell comes evil and black BEHERIT!!!! They comes from Finland and their music vein. in godz BLASPHEMY became very popular and known. It's difficult to give you actual line-up 'coz they changes line-up day by day. Some words about their beginning..They started in a half of 1989 in this ritual line-up: Holocausto of the 7th Vengeance - guit..voc.. Sodomic Slaughter - dr.. and Daemon of Fornication - bass, voc. Yeah!!!! Their debut tape "Seventh Blasphemy" wasn't so good, but second demo "Demonomancy" brings them applause of underground. After than they got contract with TURBO Music for Picture 7" Ep "Dawn Of Satan's...". In the beginning of 1991 TURBO Music released their split 7" with DEATH YELL. After that was released album "The Oath Of Black Blood" as vinyl, CD and tape. About that Lp you can read on Review Pages in this issue. Now It's time for interview with Holocausto, so it's getting dark with it...

YOU HAVE RECORDED VINYL "DAWN OF SATAN'S MILLENNIUM". WHAT IS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS AND YOUR SECOND DEMOTAPE "DEMONOMANCY"?

Holocausto: Yeah, about 1 and half a year ago. We planned it to be on vinyl not on tape. Guitars are played twice and soon.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TURBO MUSIC RECORDS? WHAT IS YOUR OPINION ABOUT THIS MUSIC PRODUCER?

Holocausto: They promised us pretty much. Now, we don't like about 'em.

Holocausto: We proclaim Black war and sweet torment.

Holocausto: Yeah, many good bands and the best one is IMPERATOR!

Holocausto: We are putting synths to our music and practising real hard for the next gig 8 Feb.

Holocausto: Magic, stuff, boozing, porno, Black Metal - about 5 days each week. Two days I try to relax, but it's fucken hard do these days.
