What was this? An anonymous gift of flowers, attached was a note with a simple message. “Dear Marlands May your day be as nice as these flowers. Happy Valentines day” Surprised was the first reaction. Someone has thought of her on this day? As well send her something? Marlands accepted the bouquet, taking in the sweet floral fragrance whilst warmth built up in her chest.
