Soundscapes is a monthly music thing, showcasing acts from the Canberra region, somewhere in the alternative / experimental / sound art / other / uncategorised zones. 

Plus the last track includes me trying to play my no-input mixer in tune with other instruments.

A few photos from last night at Soundscapes #23.

Di Drew was the ‘prompter’ in two rounds of John Zorn’s ‘game piece’ Cobra, with an ensemble of Richard Johnson, Simon Milman, Lenny Preston, Aaron Kirby, and Max Hayes Burnett.

Marlene Radice played clarinet with effects and loops.

Coolio Desgracias did a freeform turntablism set with some records contributed by the audience (not pictured).
