*At work recently, an interviewee for a Manager's role used the word 'subordinate' when referring to a colleague. I had no idea we were still in the Dark Ages. Naturally, he didn't get the job and was sent back to stew in his own antiquated prejudice and misguided superiority in whatever dingy dusty office whence he came. Arse.

"For the last time, Quentin, you monumental twat*: if you don't have that work on my desk by 6pm, I shall employ the ultimate sanction; I will marmarise you."

*Alas, under current employment law, it is illegal (or, at the least, quite naughty) to call someone a monumental twat. The law is an ass.
