National Group Says it May Sue to Get Marriage Amendment on the Ballot
While many marriage amendment supporters have conceded defeat that the measure will not be on the ballot this November, a national pro-family organization says Indiana lawmakers promised to put HJR-3 on the ballot and they may go to court to make them keep their word.

Earlier this year the folks who supported HJR-3, the marriage amendment, were livid at the fact that House lawmakers were looking at eliminating the second sentence. They were so upset that the in several e-mails and public statements they threatened to primary any Republican who voted to alter the amendment.
