What’s One Piece of Advice for All Your Buyers?
When looking to buy a new home, first focus on the structural items you cannot do later, or would be much tougher to do. Cosmetic items such as flooring seem to always be a huge focus, but upgrades to the floor can always be done after you move in. A morning room or sitting room would be a lot tougher to add after the home is completed.
