She couldn't say she was unhappy. She just never thought that she would have gotten married before, and to a woman. It didn't bother her though, nor did it really bother their friends. Entering the shared home, Shadow kicked off her boots and put her weapons down, doing her best to sneak in without alerting her wife she'd come in. Hopefully she wouldn't get smacked with a frying pan - which had happened the first time as she hadn't been expecting Aerith to react so quickly or violently. Probably her fault though, since she had snuck up on her. "Aer," She greeted quietly as she wrapped her arms around the females waist, nuzzling into her neck.

Thomas grumbled when he woke, pulling the blanket over his head in a distinct reluctance to get up as he halfways expected that old soldier to bust in and chew him out for sleeping in. That's how it usually went down in the barracks afterall.

It actually took him a moment to remember that he'd followed Eugene back to his camper last night, those heterochromatic eyes of his snapping open just to doublecheck. Much to his relief, he found himself huddled against the other team's sniper and not just his pillow. He gave a quiet chuckle before shutting his eyes again and resting his forehead against the other's chest.

Right now, it didn't seem like such a bad idea to just slow down and relax a while.
